The Pipeline Milking System (RTS) is an ideal solution for intermediate-sized dairy farms, offering significant advantages over traditional bucket systems. By eliminating the repetitive task of changing and emptying buckets, this system reduces labor demands and increases milking efficiency, enabling more milkings per hour.

The system works effectively in tied-up cow barns and milking parlours. A portable milking unit provides pulsation and vacuum to the teat end. Typically, one milking station serves two cows, delivering milk directly to the cooling tank.

Agromasters offers two specially designed stainless-steel hangers—one for pneumatic pulsation and one for electronic pulsation. These hangers support essential components such as pulsators, milking clusters, and milk-vacuum tubes. We integrate the same components used in milking parlours, including milk and wash lines, vacuum lines, terminal units, washing machines, and tanks.
