Electronic pulsator NT 24 – 2 exits

Electronic Pulsators Agromasters

Electronic Pulsators NT24 2-Exit are designed to enhance the milking experience. They enable fast and smooth milking, support udder health, and simplify the dairy farmer’s tasks. The Electronic Pulsator NT24 2-Exit generates interrupted vacuum during milking to mimic the natural movements of lambs or kids during lactation.

The pulsator is a critical device in milking systems. It alternately connects the space between the teatcup shell and the liner to either vacuum or atmospheric pressure. This action causes the liner to open when vacuum is applied, and to close when atmospheric pressure is introduced. The pulsation system mimics the natural suckling rhythm and is considered the heart of the milking machine.

Featuring very few moving parts, they require minimal maintenance and operate flawlessly even at temperatures well below freezing.

The pulsators offer highly reliable operation and, thanks to their streamlined design, are easy to install and nearly maintenance-free.

Their low power consumption (200mA) means they use less energy, allowing for the connection of multiple pulsators to the Zeus Pulsation Controller.
