Manure Seperator

Manure Separator Operation:

The manure separator by Agromasters is a highly efficient device designed to separate raw sewage into liquid and solid fractions. It employs a screw-press mechanism with a unique upward-tilted axis within the separation chamber. Here’s how it works:

  1. Inflow of Raw Sewage: The process begins with the introduction of raw sewage into the separation chamber. This is typically done by pumping the sewage into the system.
  2. Stainless Steel Screw: Inside the separation chamber, a robust stainless steel screw comes into play. It serves the critical function of pushing the mixed product towards the outlet for further processing.
  3. Filtration Process: As the product is transported by the screw, it undergoes filtration by stainless steel filters. These filters effectively screen the sewage, allowing for the separation of liquid and solid components.
  4. Separation of Liquid Fraction: The separated liquid fraction, often referred to as “juice,” emerges from the inside of the filter. It collects within the separation chamber and exits through the lower part of the chamber. This liquid fraction typically consists of more watery or liquid components of the sewage.
  5. Separation of Solid Fraction: In contrast, the solid fraction of the separated product is directed towards the upper part of the chamber. This solid portion, which may include denser materials, is effectively isolated.
  6. Adjustability: What sets this separator apart is its flexibility. It allows for the adjustment of the auger’s rotation speed and the pressure applied by the disc toward the outlet. This adjustability enables operators to fine-tune the characteristics of the separated product. They can choose to make it wetter or drier, and also control the quantity of product being processed. This adaptability is a valuable feature, as it caters to varying needs and conditions.

Manure Mixer

In a manure separation system, the role of a mixer is to facilitate the initial breakdown and homogenization of the raw manure before it undergoes the separation process. Here’s how a mixer contributes to this process:

  1. Homogenization: Raw manure often contains a mixture of solid and liquid components. These components can settle or separate over time, leading to non-uniformity in the manure. Agromasters manure mixer is used to thoroughly blend and homogenize the manure, ensuring an even distribution of solids and liquids. This initial homogenization is crucial for the subsequent separation steps.
  2. Consistency: Achieving a consistent and well-mixed state of the manure is essential for efficient separation. The agromasters manure mixer helps break down any clumps or chunks of solids and ensures that the manure is in a uniform, pumpable, and flowable state. This consistency is necessary for effective separation processes.
  3. Improved Separation: Well-mixed manure is easier to separate into its liquid and solid fractions. When the manure is uniform, it can be more effectively processed by centrifuges, screens, or other separation devices, leading to better separation efficiency and quality.

The Agromasters mixers are known for their high reliability and versatility. They are available in lengths ranging from 1 to 5 meters and can be equipped with different engines to suit specific requirements. You have the option to select between galvanized or stainless steel, providing flexibility in design and materials that ensure durability and top-notch performance for a variety of applications.

Pump & Oxygenerator

The Agromasters’ pump serves as a practical solution for automatically supplying the Manure Separator with the required quantity of liquids. It includes integrated stainless steel knives at the bottom to cut any solid manure pieces present in the tank.

Key Features of the Pump:

  • Reliability: The pump is designed for intensive and demanding use, offering high reliability in various applications.
  • Versatile Lengths: It is available in different lengths, ranging from 1 to 5 meters, allowing flexibility in adapting to specific needs.
  • Material Options: You can choose between galvanized or stainless steel for the pump, providing options based on your material preferences and durability requirements.
  • Support Options: To ensure proper installation, various types of supports are available for fastening the pump securely.
  • Oxygenator Compatibility: The pump can be equipped with an oxygenator, which serves to remove potential odors and oxygenate the manure tank. This feature contributes to odor control and improved conditions within the tank.

It is manufactured in various lengths (from 1 to 5 m) .The Pump is supplied either galvanized or stainless steel.
